We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads for our training and placement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing activities.
  • Create engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages aligned with the AIDA model.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and regular engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and prepare performance reports.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creative assets for campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and Analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience targeting.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to analyze data-driven results.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEO is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
