Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our WhatsApp API, RCS Messaging, and SMS Marketing solutions. The role demands a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to understand client requirements, offer tailored communication solutions, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across diverse industries.
- Understand client communication needs and propose suitable API, automation, and marketing solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the technical capabilities of WhatsApp API, bulk SMS platforms, and digital marketing services.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to create customized proposals and solution plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to achieve profitability and client satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the communication and marketing automation space.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in technical or solution-based B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, communication APIs, or digital marketing services.
- Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways, marketing automation, and performance marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving, customer-centric, and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and presentation software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
