We are digitizing our finance and operations using
Zoho One
(Books, Expense, Payroll, People, CRM, Projects, etc.) and are looking for a
smart and detail-oriented candidate
to manage
daily accounts data entry and basic Zoho operations
.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for handling data entry, billing, and financial documentation
in Zoho Books, Zoho Expense, and Zoho People.

This role is ideal for a fresher who enjoys working with numbers and is eager to learn digital accounting through Zoho.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Data Entry (Primary Focus)

  • Enter daily
    invoices, vendor bills, payments, and receipts
    in Zoho Books.
  • Upload
    expense receipts and petty cash details
    in Zoho Expense with correct project/vendor tags.
  • Maintain accurate records of
    Purchase Orders (POs), GRNs, and site expenses
    .
  • Assist in
    basic reconciliation and weekly financial summaries
    .


Vendor & Client Coordination

  • Ensure all bills and invoices are collected, checked, and uploaded on time.
  • Follow up with vendors or clients for payment updates when required.


Reports & Support

  • Generate simple
    weekly/monthly expense, sales, and payable reports
    from Zoho.
  • Support management and CA with
    data export for GST/TDS filing
    .

Additional Exposure (As Required)

(Training will be provided for these areas once core accounts work is mastered.)

  • Create and manage
    quotations/estimates
    in Zoho Books.
  • Update
    basic lead details or status
    in Zoho CRM.
  • Assist HR in
    Zoho People
    for attendance and salary data.
  • Support project managers with
    Zoho Projects task updates
    when needed.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of accounting & MS Excel.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow structured SOPs.
  • Willingness to learn Zoho applications (Books, Expense, Payroll, CRM).
  • Good communication and data organization skills.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • B.Com / BBM / BBA / M.Com fresher.
  • Internship or exposure in
    Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks
    .

Training & Growth

  • Complete training on
    Zoho Books, Expense, People, Payroll
    will be provided.
  • Opportunity to grow into
    Accounts Officer / Finance Executive
    within 12 months based on performance.
