Key Responsibilities:

Recruit new Partners (POSP / Agents ) to collaborate with the company and acquire new customers. Provide training and support to partners to ensure effective use of company products.

Achieve business targets and sales goals through effective partner engagement.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure partners comply with all process guidelines.

Handle and promote the company's retail product portfolio, including health, property, and motor insurance. Set and align premium targets with partners and ensure their achievement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Any Graduate ,

Experience in Agency Channel or BFSI sales

Freshers are also welcome

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in both English and regional language Ability and willingness to work in the field

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates

Training: Comprehensive training will be provided

Location : Mumbai (Andheri East ) , Delhi , Noida , Faridabad, sonipat, panipat
