Role Overview-
To
lead, systemize, and energize
RCM's administrative operations across all business divisions — Direct Selling, Manufacturing, IT, Hospitality, and SCM — ensuring disciplined, efficient, and value-driven operations. The Admin Lead will develop robust systems, foster accountability, enhance inter-departmental coordination, and drive administrative excellence across corporate, plant, and supply chain locations in line with RCM's values of
Swasthya (Health), Sewa (Service), and Sanskar (Values)
.
Key Responsibilities1. SOP Development & Process Excellence
· Design, document, and implement comprehensive
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for all admin functions.
· Train teams across corporate, plant, and SCM levels to ensure SOP compliance and continuous improvement.
· Periodically review systems to enhance efficiency, transparency, and value delivery.
2. Change Management & Cultural Transformation
· Lead transformation from ad-hoc functioning to
structured, process-oriented operations
.
· Build a disciplined, accountable, and service-driven culture across admin, plant, and SCM functions.
· Act as a change champion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
3. Facility, Plant & SCM Administration
· Oversee end-to-end
administrative and facility management
for corporate offices, plants, warehouses, and guest houses.
· Provide
administrative support to SCM operations
—ensuring logistics, warehousing, and workforce needs are efficiently met.
· Maintain safety, security, hygiene, and statutory compliance at all RCM sites.
· Ensure canteen operations, transportation, and welfare facilities for plant and warehouse workers are well-managed.
4. Worker (Labour) Compliance & Discipline
· Ensure 100% compliance with
labour laws
and contractor documentation at plants and SCM.
· Strengthen on-ground
worker discipline, punctuality, and conduct
, addressing existing behavioural and attendance gaps.
· Collaborate with HR and plant teams to ensure consistent enforcement of workplace standards and grievance redressal.
5. Security, Safety & Housekeeping
· Supervise security operations, visitor access, and gate control systems.
· Ensure fire safety, emergency response, and surveillance systems are functional and audited.
· Oversee
housekeeping, hygiene, pest control, and horticulture
to maintain a clean, healthy, and visually appealing environment.
6. Procurement, Vendor & Asset Management
· Manage vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation with fairness and transparency.
· Oversee procurement of goods, facility materials, and services with focus on
cost control and timeliness
related to function.
· Maintain up-to-date asset and inventory records with tagging, verification, and accountability.
7. Travel, Transport & Hospitality
· Manage travel and transport logistics for employees and guests across all divisions.
· Apply
hospitality standards
to ensure warmth, respect, and professionalism in all guest interactions.
· Supervise company vehicle maintenance, route planning, and driver discipline.
8. Events, CSR & Administrative Support
· Coordinate logistics and arrangements for company events, training programs, audits, and CSR activities.
· Ensure all programs reflect RCM's culture of service, health, and values.
9. Leadership, Team Development & Reporting
· Lead and motivate the admin team across locations with a
task-oriented, energetic, and accountable
approach.
· Build capabilities through training and performance reviews.
- · Manage administrative budgets, cost-optimization initiatives, and MIS reporting to management.

Graduate in any subject , MSW or Social work, Preferred - Retired Army or Hospitality
