Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Manager Home Loan Sales. The Manager Home Loan Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing business plans, conducting market analysis, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will also handle communication with clients, ensure smooth processing of loan applications, and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth.

  • Analytical Skills and Business Planning skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales Operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is a plus
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
