Job Title: Loan Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Loan Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and selling loan products to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and sell loan products to meet and exceed sales targets.

2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their financial needs, provide tailored loan solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Loan Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with loan products, features, and benefits, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.

4. Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures, and maintain a high level of risk awareness.

6. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, and use data analytics to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.

3. Skills:

  - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  - Strong sales and business development skills.

  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

4. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as a mortgage broker license or a financial planning designation, are an asset.
