Description

Tech Lead and leadership role for building and managing Risk and Compliance systems for the Bank.

Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with vendor partners, business and TSG stakeholders to manage projects. 
  2. Ensure adherence to the project management triangle (time, money, scope). 
  3. Organize SteerCo and Project Working Group meetings. 
  4. Develop timelines, manage budgets, track KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership. 
  5. Identify and mitigate risks to stability and success, ensuring regulatory compliance. 
  6. Oversee incident resolution, minimizing downtime. 
  7. Strong communication skills essential for effective stakeholder and vendor engagement.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. End to end project management of Compliance Applications RegTech, Tranche 1 implementation.
  2. Liase with Compliance team and other stakeholders within Bank to identify requirement, prepare data models for automating Regulatory reporting.
  3. Understanding of Application Architecture, ESB technology for integrating various applications and services.
  4. Technical skillset related to Data Analysis, Data Integration and know how on ETL Tools, understanding of regulatory framework and specific data and report requirements.
  5. Work in BRD, FSD, and Technical Document.
  6. Ensure closure of various VAPT, IT audit points (Like CSITE / ReBIT , Concurrent Auditor).
  7. Ensure Application performance enhancement by liaising with the DBA / Middleware / Other IT Backend teams.
  8. Hands on in Project Management Tool with end to end SDLC understanding.
  9. Knowledge of IT Infra like DB, Load balancer, Firewall, Network & Security.
Qualifications

BE/B.Tech Or Equivalent Bachelors Degree

Min Exp: 15 years

Max Exp: 18 years

Project Management Certification preferred.
