About the Role
We're looking for a Program Manager – Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence across our revenue engine — spanning Sales, CX, and Marketing. You'll own end-to-end programs that enhance revenue visibility, streamline processes, and ensure all teams are running in sync to achieve growth targets.
This role calls for a mix of strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and strong program management skills. You'll be the bridge connecting teams, data, and decisions — ensuring that our revenue operations are efficient, predictable, and scalable, becoming a bridge across the teams and making sure cross team efficiency and results are at peak.
What You'll Do
Lead Strategic Revenue Programs: Design and drive initiatives to optimize lead-to-revenue-retention processes, improve conversion efficiency, and enhance reporting visibility.
Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Product teams to align goals, track key metrics, and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
Process Optimization: Audit and improve existing workflows across CRM, pipeline management, and tying up these functions to finance.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with analytics teams to build dashboards and frameworks that help leadership make faster, smarter decisions.
Revenue Planning & Governance: Support monthly business reviews, GTM planning, and OKR execution for revenue-focused functions.
Change Management: Ensure seamless adoption of new tools, playbooks, and process changes across teams.
What We're Looking For
4-6 years of experience in Program Management, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations roles — ideally in a high-growth SaaS or tech-led company.
Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and CX operations.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and data visualization platforms.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A natural systems thinker — you enjoy creating order, improving workflows, and driving measurable impact.
CRM Proficiency: Expertise in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics for managing customer data and pipeline.
Data Analysis and SQL: Ability to analyze complex datasets, write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases, and support data-driven decision-making.
Excel and Spreadsheets: Strong skills in Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization techniques.
Data Visualization Tools: Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase
Financial Acumen: Understanding of revenue planning and financial reporting integration with operational data.
Reporting and Governance: Familiarity with governance frameworks and supporting quarterly business reviews (QBRs), OKRs, and revenue planning.
