Role & responsibilities
A teller is responsible for assisting customers with various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. The primary duties of a teller include:
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, efficient service.
- Processing cash and check transactions accurately.
- Accepting deposits and loan payments.
- Dispensing cash withdrawals.
- Assisting customers with account inquiries and problem resolution.
- Promoting bank products and services.
- Balancing cash drawers at the end of the day.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate with Min. 6-12 Months of work experience or internship at CA firm
- Strong Relationship Management skills.
- Candidate must be self-motivated and must be able to pitch products to the clients.
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities.
