Job Description – Field Sales & Operations Executive

Experience: Fresher – 2 Years

Location: Bangalore, JP Nagar

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. This role is a hybrid of sales and on-ground operations, requiring someone who can build strong client relationships, drive revenue, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns/activations/projects.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients/vendors/partners.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
  • Pitch products/services, negotiate deals, and close business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

Operations & Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations for campaigns, activations, or service delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely execution.
  • Monitor campaign quality, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Handle logistics, inventory, and manpower deployment for smooth operations.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain sales records, operational checklists, and MIS reports.
  • Provide weekly updates to management on sales pipeline and operational status.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and client requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.
  • Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and deliver results.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel/CRM tools.
