Role Overview:
We're looking for an
Outbound Growth Lead (1–4 years experience)
to own our outbound engine and drive predictable pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of
growth, demand generation, and sales operations
.
You'll be responsible for building and running outbound campaigns, experimenting with messaging, setting up scalable automations, and working closely with BDRs to hit meeting and SQL targets. It's a high-visibility role with direct impact on revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own outbound growth: strategy, execution, and performance across campaigns
- Run experiments on messaging, targeting, and sequences to improve reply and meeting rates
- Build and refine automations to scale outbound outreach efficiently
- Partner with BDRs to ensure quality meetings and a healthy sales pipeline
- Track key metrics (opens, replies, meetings, SQLs) and drive continuous improvement
- Share learnings and build playbooks for repeatability and scale
- Collaborate with the founder on outbound strategy and GTM innovation
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, growth, demand generation, or sales ops
- Strong written communication and intuition for messaging that resonates
- Analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable running experiments and optimizing funnels
- Hands-on with outbound systems and automations (any tools; fast learner)
- Problem-solver with a bias for action and ownership
- Startup/fast-paced environment experience is a plus
Success in this role looks like:
- Consistently hitting SQL and meeting targets
- Clear playbooks documented for repeatable outbound success
- Outbound function scaling beyond one person, supporting multiple BDRs
