Educational Qualification

  • A Ph.D. degree in any discipline from a recognized university (preferably in Arts, Science, Engineering, Commerce, or Management, depending on the institution's academic profile).
  • A consistently good academic record with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in Master's degree.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT/Training sector.

  • Domain Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of the skilling ecosystem: Knowledge of National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) or competency-based education, and assessment models.

  • Curriculum Design & Pedagogy: Proven experience in developing industry-relevant, outcome-oriented curricula for diverse learner groups. Familiarity with modern pedagogical methods like blended learning, experiential learning, and simulation-based training.
  • Industry-Academia Linkage: A strong track record of building and sustaining groups with training skills.
  • Technology Integration: Knowledge of EdTech tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital platforms for skilling and implementation tracking.
