This is a full-time role based out of our Bengaluru office.

Package: 3.3 LPA

Incentives: Upto 10,000 per month.

Working Days: 6 Days Working (Monday - Saturday)

Number of Openings: 3

Experience Required: 0-2 Year

Working Hours: 10:00am to 07:00PM

Summary of the Role:

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at BOZ MEET CONNECT AND TRAVEL PVT LTD, you will play a vital role in converting leads generated from our Instagram marketing and Google Ads campaigns into paying customers. Your main responsibility will be to effectively communicate with potential customers, understand their needs, and showcase the benefits of joining our group trips. Through your exceptional sales and marketing skills, you will help create a seamless customer journey from lead acquisition to booking the trip.

Success in this role is defined by your ability to convert leads into paying customers, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Your expertise in engaging with potential customers, understanding their preferences, and effectively communicating the value of our group trips will result in increased customer acquisition and revenue. Furthermore, your contribution to optimizing our sales and marketing strategies will positively impact lead conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, driving revenue growth and customer acquisition. By showcasing the benefits of our group trips and emphasizing the opportunity to make amazing connections, you will play a pivotal role in fulfilling our mission of bringing people together through travel. Your insights and feedback will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of our sales and marketing strategies, ensuring our continued success in the competitive travel industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads generated from Instagram marketing and Google Ads campaigns into paying customers.
  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and social media to answer their queries and provide information about our group trips.
  • Understand customers' travel preferences, interests, and concerns to tailor the right travel package for them.
  • Effectively communicate the unique benefits of our group trips, emphasizing the opportunity to meet like-minded travellers and make lasting connections.
  • Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner to nurture the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide valuable insights and feedback on campaigns to optimize lead conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to address customer concerns and objections.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to customers' needs, providing personalized travel solutions.
  • Familiarity with Instagram marketing, Google Ads, and lead conversion techniques.
  • Passion for travel and the ability to convey the excitement and benefits of group travel experiences.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
