We are hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with working knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP FICO) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support month-end and year-end closing processes using SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day accounting transactions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) entries using SAP.
  • Assist in invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and expense reports.
  • Help with monthly and quarterly closing in SAP FICO module.
  • Support in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Maintain and update accounting records and files within SAP.
  • Assist in audit preparations and provide supporting documents as required.
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors for query resolution.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the finance leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 0–2 years of accounting experience (internship or training experience in SAP is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, preferably SAP FICO module.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • SAP certification or formal training.
  • Experience with other accounting software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
