Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Content Writer with a strong background in EdTech and academic writing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content that engages students, enhances our brand and supports our mission of delivering excellent education both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and write SEO-friendly educational content (blogs, articles, website copy, emailers, course descriptions and more)
  • Develop engaging academic content tailored for commerce related subjects (Economics, Business Studies etc.).
  • Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to create student focused learning resources.
  • Create compelling marketing content for campaigns, webinars and social media.
  • Ensure all content aligns with JR Classes tone, brand voice, and audience needs.
  • Stay updated with EdTech trends, student needs, and exam patterns to generate relevant and timely content.
  • Edit and proofread to maintain accuracy, clarity and consistency.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of proven content writing experience (preferably in the EdTech sector)
  • Strong research and analytical skills, especially in education and competitive exams.
  • Excellent command of English (grammar, vocabulary and academic writing style)
  • Experience in creating student centric, easy to understand educational content.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality content with deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience writing for Class 11 & 12 students or in the EdTech/Coaching industry.
  • Understanding of exam preparation patterns (Boards, CUET, IIM).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and AI-powered writing tools.
