Key responsibilities include creating digital and traditional marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing budgets, overseeing public relations, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals. The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in healthcare marketing, and the ability to manage projects and budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote specific hospital services and specialties.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of both digital and traditional advertising campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, opportunities, and patient needs to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff, administrative teams, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with hospital goals and provide unified messaging.
  • Public Relations: Manage relationships with media and the wider community, coordinating community outreach programs and events.
  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and website content.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using data to make adjustments and improve outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing principles and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
