Position: Digital Marketing Trainer

Location: Jaipur, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Design curriculum and course materials, including presentations, handouts, case studies, and assignments, to facilitate learning and skill development in digital marketing.
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and online, using a variety of instructional techniques and multimedia tools to accommodate different learning styles.
- Assess participant learning needs and customize training programs to meet the specific requirements and skill levels of diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced learners.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to students and faculty members to support their professional growth and development in digital marketing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate relevant updates and examples into training content and delivery.
- Collaborate with academic departments and industry partners to identify training needs, develop specialized programs, and facilitate industry-relevant projects, internships, and collaborations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and participant feedback, and continuously improve training materials, methodologies, and delivery based on insights and outcomes.
- Assist in the promotion and marketing of digital marketing training programs, including creating promotional materials, participating in recruitment events, and engaging with prospective participants.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or coaching in a professional or educational setting, preferably in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners and create a dynamic learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of participants, including students, faculty, staff, and industry professionals.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and communicate complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning in the field of digital marketing.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Commitment to promoting lifelong learning, professional development, and digital literacy within the academic community.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
