Job Description – Assistant Manager
Location - Jaipur
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional to join Next IAS as an Assistant Manager. The role requires a combination of marketing, academic operations, seminar coordination, and academic counselling. The ideal candidate should come from the education sector, with proven expertise in student counselling and marketing, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Seminar Management
- Plan, organize, and execute seminars/webinars across colleges, universities and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive student engagement and brand visibility.
- Support in promotional campaigns and outreach activities to generate leads and admissions.
Academic Operations
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to ensure smooth execution of academic schedules.
- Oversee daily operations related to student services and academic delivery.
- Monitor and resolve academic-related queries of the students.
Academic Counselling
- Counsel prospective and enrolled students about UPSC courses and study plans.
- Guide students on choosing the right programs as per their requirement.
- Handle student queries and provide solutions to ensure a seamless academic experience.
- Maintain strong rapport with students and parents to build trust and satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the education/training sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
- Proven ability in counselling, marketing, and academic coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for seminars, workshops, and marketing activities.
