We are Hiring Manager – Audit Quality.
Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad
Experience: 5–10 Years
As part of the 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD), the Manager – Audit Quality will play a crucial role in enhancing audit quality by providing real-time support, reviews, and coaching to engagement teams. The role ensures delivery of audits in compliance with professional standards, while driving efficiency and learning across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent, in-depth reviews of significant risks and focus areas in audit engagements.
- Support engagement teams in achieving KAM-compliant files and adherence to Indian Auditing Standards.
- Provide real-time coaching to enhance audit quality and on-the-job learning for team members.
- Bring efficiency and consistency in audit approaches and methodologies.
- Contribute to Quality & Risk initiatives such as audit milestone monitoring, MIS reporting, project management, and standardization efforts.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–10 years of audit/audit quality experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Auditing Standards, KAM, and audit quality frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills (oral and written).
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and drive tasks to closure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,900,000.00 per year
