**Job Title**: Manager Audit Quality (Financial Services)

**Location**: Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review high-risk areas and critical parts of audits.
- Ensure compliance with **Indian Auditing Standards (Ind AS)** and internal policies.
- Guide and coach audit teams to improve quality and consistency.
- Support internal audit quality initiatives and process improvements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Chartered Accountant (CA)** with **5+ years of post-qualification experience** in audit or audit quality.
- Strong knowledge of **Indian Auditing Standards** and **Financial Services sector**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and Microsoft Office skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
