Job Description: HR Recruiter (Remote)

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in Jaipur or Indore)

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and well-versed with major job portals and sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other online platforms.
  • Understand job descriptions and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct preliminary screening of candidates to evaluate suitability.
  • Manage interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong professional networks for ongoing hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in HR consulting or corporate hiring).
  • Strong experience using Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn for sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
  • Strong understanding of various job roles across industries.
  • Good negotiation and coordination skills.

Remote Work Requirements

  • Must have own laptop in good working condition.
  • Must have good Wi-Fi connectivity for smooth online operations.
  • Must have inverter / backup power supply to ensure uninterrupted workflow during electricity outages.
  • Ability to work responsibly and productively from a home-based location.

Preferred Candidate Location

  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in Jaipur or Indore, but the position is open to skilled candidates from other locations as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
