You'll own day-to-day accounting, project-cost tracking, and statutory filings while generating insights that help channel funds into eye-hospitals, schools, and cultural campuses across Bihar & Jharkhand. Key Responsibilities1 | Accounting Operations

  • Maintain ledgers, journals, bank recons, payroll, petty cash, and vendor/customer ledgers
  • Record project costs, subcontractor bills, and expense vouchers promptly and accurately.
  • Enforce internal financial controls; investigate and resolve discrepancies.2 | Project Costing & Controls
  • Track BOQ-based budgets, variations, retention, and milestone payments.
  • Monitor cost overruns; alert project teams with variance analyses and cash-flow forecasts.3 | Compliance & Taxation
  • Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, 3B) and perform input-credit reconciliations.
  • Deduct / deposit TDS & TCS; generate Form 16/16A and quarterly returns.
  • Support statutory and internal audits, RERA compliance, and yearly income-tax filings.4 | Reporting & Insights
  • Deliver monthly *
  • P\&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-Flow*
  • and project-wise MIS reports.
  • Present management with data-driven recommendations to improve margin, cash cycle, and cost efficiency.5 | Systems & Process Improvement
  • Lead migration from manual spreadsheets to an integrated ERP / e-invoicing workflow.
  • Train site engineers, procurement, and admin teams on documentation standards and approval trails.

Candidate ProfileMust-Have

  • Bachelor's in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
  • 5 years of hands-on accounting in construction, infrastructure, or real-estate.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, advanced MS Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP), GST & TDS portals.
  • Solid grasp of Indian Accounting Standards, project accounting, and audit processes.

Nice-to-Have

  • CA-Inter, CMA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance).
  • Experience with ERP implementation, e-invoicing, retention accounting, and RERA norms.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for dashboarding.
