Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Pune (5 days WFO)**

Job Responsibilities:

·     Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate quality leads.

·     Lead and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and achieve top search engine rankings.

·     Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, leveraging analytics to track and enhance performance.

·     Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new digital growth opportunities.

·     Compile in-depth reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

·     Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with overall company objectives.

Desired Skills:

·     Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

·     1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

·     Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.

·     Strong understanding of content marketing, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
