Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a DSA Manager located in Noida. The DSA Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), developing strategic relationships, and driving loan distribution through these channels. The role involves daily interactions with DSAs, training and guiding them, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, the DSA Manager will engage in market research, reporting, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of loan products and financial services
- Experience in managing and supporting Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)
- Proficient in strategic relationship management and client engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in using technological tools such as the Ruconnect App
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
