About the Role
We are hiring energetic
freshers
with excellent English communication skills to join our dynamic team. As a Client Associate, you will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating calls, sharing profiles, and supporting the end-to-end client onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Understand client requirements and match them with internal talent
- Share candidate profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate client calls
- Support smooth onboarding and follow-ups with clients
- Maintain and update databases accurately
- Handle communication effectively through calls, emails, and chats
- Assist in end-to-end client coordination and support processes
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Talkative, convincing, and patient in interactions
- Confident in making calls and following up consistently
- Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn new processes
- Freshers with the right attitude are highly encouraged to apply
