Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food presentation.
  • Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.
  • Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen (hospitality background preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
