Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Cyber Park, Calicut

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Negotiable based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of our service portfolio to present and pitch solutions effectively to clients
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by understanding client needs and challenges.
  • Maintain structured follow ups with prospects through platforms like WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow ups in the company CRM.
  • Conduct online presentations, demos, and consultations to convert prospects into long term clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and contracts.
  • Leverage upselling and cross selling opportunities to maximize client value.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client industries.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 1 year of BDA experience (travel-related experience or studies preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good follow up and negotiation skills.
  • Male/Female candidates can apply.
  • Proficiency in online communication tools (WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom).
  • Self motivated, target driven, and adaptable to working with global clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
