Role & responsibilities

Job Description

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1. Should have SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central valid

Certification

2. Implementation experience in Employee Central Time-off

3. Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience

4. Experience of Platforms, EC Service center, Employee central / Employee

profile with IAS and integration center job knowledge

5. Must be able to work within a matrix organization balancing the needs of

the service line against firm initiatives and goals

6. Experience of handling Half Yearly release management activities

7. Knowledge of People Analytics, Story reports

8.Experience on configuration of the Time off module including leave policies, accrual rules, time account types and absence types for various countries.

  1. Configuration of new enhancements in EC, workflows and role based permissions to meet customers requirement.

Good-to-Have

1. Implementation experience in ONB.

2. Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in

global organization

3. Understand and evaluate business requirements

4. Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities.

5. Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the

customer within the agreed SLA

6. Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when

needed

7. Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix,

performance, availability, and system uptimes

8. Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status

updates

9. Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.)

and adhere to customers quality policy and procedures.

10. Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly

Status Meetings

11. Provide service improvement suggestions
