To support our IT team we are looking for "Success Factor Inhouse Consultant" for Pune location:
Main task for the position:

- Experience in delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations (any module)
- Guide the business for adaption of SuccessFactors functionality and advise w.r.t. process adoption and leveraging product functionality to achieve the desired outcome
- In-depth understanding and ability to configure and improve processes in SuccessFactors EC / Recruitment / Onboarding / Time Management / Learning / PMGM modules
- Deep understanding in HR business processes
- Responsible for on-time solution providing
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, flexible, supportive and adaptive to change

You should be BE/Post Graduate with min 3 years of experience in IT as a SF Consultant. You should have Success Factors Certification on any SF modules. Experience in SAP HCM is beneficial
