Senior Technical Lead- SAP Success Factor Experience: 10 to 18 yrs Location: Chennai/ Bangalore Key Responsibilities: - Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules across global HR landscapes. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. - Provide expert guidance on best practices, system optimization, and process improvements. - Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR/ERP systems. - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support post-implementation. - Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards. Required Expertise in Modules: - Employee Central (EC) – Core HR, Position Management, Workflows - Recruiting & Onboarding – Talent acquisition and new hire processes - Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) – Goal setting, performance reviews - Learning Management System (LMS) – Training and development programs - Compensation Management – Salary planning, bonus cycles - Succession & Development – Career planning, talent pools - Workforce Analytics & Reporting – Dashboards, insights, and KPIs - Time Tracking (if applicable) – Attendance and leave management
