  • Schedule patient consultations with doctors and specialists as per availability.
  • Coordinate with the front office and medical staff to manage appointment slots efficiently.
  • Minimize patient waiting time by optimizing the scheduling process.
  • Act as a bridge between patients, doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
  • Ensure doctors are informed about their daily OPD schedules and patient appointments.
  • Coordinate with the billing department for payment processing and insurance claims if required.
