Role & responsibilities

1. Corporate Communication Strategy

  • Develop and implement corporate communication plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage brand identity, positioning, and corporate image in the market.
  • Ensure alignment of communication across all channels and business units.

2. Media Relations & PR

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry associations, and stakeholders.
  • Handle press releases, media briefings, and crisis communication.
  • Monitor media coverage and ensure positive visibility of the company.

3. Internal Communication

  • Design and drive internal communication programs to enhance employee engagement and alignment.
  • Manage newsletters, intranet, town halls, and leadership messages.
  • Support change management and culture-building initiatives through effective communication.

4. Digital & Social Media

  • Oversee corporate websites, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
  • Drive content strategy to highlight achievements, CSR initiatives, and thought leadership.
  • Monitor digital presence and manage online reputation.

5. CSR & Sustainability Communication

  • Promote the companys CSR, ESG, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Develop communication material for reports, campaigns, and external stakeholders.

6. Crisis & Reputation Management

  • Establish protocols for crisis communication in compliance with pharma industry norms.
  • Act as spokesperson where required.
