Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth. Daily tasks include market research, client outreach, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met effectively. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and competition.
Qualifications
- Existing strong network with A+ category Architects, interior designers and developers.
- Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategies.
- Strong skills in Market Research and Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Any Degree
- Experience in office furniture industry is a plus.
