About the Team

This team leads the strategy, tooling, and processes for API governance across NAB. It is also part of the broader Core Engineering group that is pioneering NAB's Agentic AI platform. The team works closely with engineering leadership to evangelize API best practices and ensure platform-wide compliance and adoption.

Your New Role

  • Own and evolve the API governance strategy, including tooling and processes.

  • Evangelize API best practices across NAB's leadership and engineering teams.

  • Drive platform adoption and ensure compliance with API standards.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align API governance with delivery workflows.

  • Define success metrics and track adoption across business units.

What you will Bring

  • 5–7 years of product management experience.

  • Excellent communication and product thinking.

  • Experience building platforms and driving adoption across large organizations.

  • Prior experience in API governance or platform-level product management (preferred).

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership presence.
