Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

   Well Knowledge In Development of Process and Product for Sheet Metal-BIW Parts
   Expertise in Product development activities involving Component Development, Plant Engineering, Production Line Balancing Through Cycle time, Material Handling Planning & Approval, Line Lay outing, Development of new sources (Suppliers selection), Monitoring & Project Coordination and Procurement of materials from sources. 
   Improve the existing supplier performance in quality, cost & delivery.
   Direct& Indirect material Planning
   Costing  & Budgetting of Sheet Metal, Machined and Casting Components 
   Negotiate with supplier for tool amortization
   Development of BOM Items (Sheet Metal, Castings & Machined Component.
   Develop the new supplier & negotiate for best possible prize.
   assigning and implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of production and enhance operational efficiency.
   Managing Process Improvement Teams to drive deployment of Process improvements, Quality improvement using quality tools.
   Developing proto parts 
   Vendor up-gradation thru Technical Assistance & Guidance 
   Line Lay outing of New Project. 
   Installation of new project in Plant with all activity. 
   Increase Productivity with the help of tact time study.
   Making Standard Work Instruction of the process & control plan 
   Knowledge of Teaching & Programming Robots and Hands-On Experience Robotic Spot Welding, Mig Welding, Projection Welding Weld Up Down Trials & Weld Parameter Finalization. 
   Expertise in VAVE
