Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at Kapeefit, located in Bareilly. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. As a Telesales Executive, you will engage directly with potential clients, promoting our Ayurvedic wellness solutions and driving sales through effective communication and personalized service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill) necessary to convey complex ideas clearly over the phone and ensure customer understanding.
  • Customer service skills (Mandatory skill) to provide a positive experience, meeting customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proficient in CRM software, enabling efficient tracking and management of customer interactions and sales data.
  • Experience with cold calling to initiate customer engagements and introduce company products and services effectively.
  • Skill in lead generation to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, expanding the customer base.
  • Strong objection handling abilities to address and mitigate potential buyer reservations confidently and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing sales data, maintaining customer databases, and reporting.
  • Effective negotiation skills to close sales deals advantageously while maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing Kapeefit's Ayurvedic wellness offerings.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and offer suitable product recommendations.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and transactional data.
  • Generate leads through various channels and nurture them to conversion.
  • Handle customer objections and queries efficiently to boost confidence and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to reach sales targets and deliver on customer expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team about customer demands and market trends.
