We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into successful sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our products/services.
- Explain the benefits of our loans, financial products, and services to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information over the phone.
- Follow up on leads and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes.
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English.
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and access to a laptop/PC with an internet connection.
