**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Primary Sales and Secondary Sales of YPay Cards, Customer Retention & Welcome Calls
- Initiate & manage outbound calls to potential customers
- Responsible for Sales of the Financial product & Generate Revenue for the company.
- Achieving the company revenue targets.
- Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team.
- Achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Build & maintain positive relationship with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills & ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Excellent communication skills along with professionally presentable.
- Go getter attitude.
- Be open for crazily moving head start-up environment
- Ability to multitask.

**Salary**: Up to ₹225,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telesales: 1 year (preferred)
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
