About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Endpoint Engineer
to join eBays global IT team in Bangalore. This role is responsible for the engineering, deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows endpoint devices and associated management tools in a large-scale enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will bring
deep expertise in Intune and PowerShell scripting
, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate with global teams to ensure endpoint security, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support automated device provisioning (Intune/Autopilot)
  • Package and deploy software updates via Intune SCCM
  • Configure and roll out Windows policies, scripts, and baselines in line with Information Security standards
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting for escalated endpoint incidents
  • Maintain and upgrade endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, CrashPlan, CrowdStrike, Printix)
  • Monitor deployments to ensure SLA compliance
  • Create and update end-user and technical documentation

Required Skills Experience

  • 5+ years in enterprise desktop support for modern Windows environments
  • Strong experience with Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager , Autopilot , SCCM , Azure AD
  • Hands-on expertise in PowerShell scripting (Python/VBScript a plus)
  • Proven troubleshooting ability in complex endpoint environments
  • Strong written verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience

Work Mode
