Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 10 years of experience in Microservices React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability of software solutions.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management domain.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.
  • Show capability in implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
  • Possess a strong understanding of security and data protection standards.
  • Exhibit the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
