The roles and responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Coordination:

  2. Scheduling and collaborating with interviewers, recruiters, and hiring managers.

  3. Managing logistics and ensuring smooth coordination for recruitment events.

  4. Program Management:

  5. Creating and managing project plans for events, including timelines, action items, and stakeholder accountability.

  6. Managing logistics, including budget and vendor coordination.
  7. Ensuring execution and accountability of stakeholders for events.
  8. Handling multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.

  9. Driving feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  10. Event Coordination:

  11. Planning and executing tech talks, meetups, and conferences, primarily for the engineering team.

  12. Managing both in-person and virtual events, including logistics and networking segments.

  13. Ensuring brand building and hiring objectives are met through events.

  14. Stakeholder Management:

  15. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering leads and external vendors.

  16. Coordinating with local vendors and managing communications for event requirements.

  17. Flexibility:

  18. Adapting to varying workloads between recruitment coordination and program management based on seasonal needs.

  19. Being open to learning and taking on responsibilities of both roles as required.
