Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Assist the sales team with processing orders, preparing quotes, and following up on leads.
  • Coordinate between sales representatives, customers, OEMs, and internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics).
  • Maintain an organized database of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on client requests, complaints, and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare sales reports, tender, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Track sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle contracts, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and sales events.
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for sales representatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
