Role Title

Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

(For those who love talking to people and helping them live a secure, tension-free life.)

Role Mission

Your mission is to reach out to as many people as possible, help them understand the importance of insurance, and guide them to make the right financial protection decisions at different life stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Explain insurance products and benefits clearly and convincingly
  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into customers
  • Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
  • Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews

  • Maintain high-quality communication standards

Mandatory Skills
