Maintenance Supervisor

Role
To manage the entire electrical maintenance function of the plant including Predictive, Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of equipment/machinery. Manage Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery for existing and new projects.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Predictive, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance schedule & systems.
- Conduct root-cause analyses of breakdowns, accidents, equipment failures through analysis implement the solutions to avoid recurrence of incidence.
- Plan & manage inventory of consumables & equipment spares. Coordinate with procurement team and equipment suppliers for finalizing specifications of machine/equipment.
- Formulating strategic plans to enhance OEE Overall Equipment Efficiency by minimizing equipment breakdown time.
- Training and skilling of juniors in the maintenance team.
- Manage ISO , 5 S & Safety standards for entire maintenance function.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 years of minimum experience in electrical maintenance.
- Experience in managing teams
- Strong fundamentals in electrical maintenance.
- Good understanding of PLC-controlled systems, Pneumatic & hydraulic components Temperature controllers, heating systems, motor drives
