Objective

To oversee and coordinate daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The Production Supervisor plays a key role in managing shop floor activities, leading production teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage production line operations to meet daily output targets
  • Allocate manpower and resources effectively to optimize productivity
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any production issues
  • Maintain safety protocols and enforce compliance with company policies
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff performance
  • Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate production records and generate daily reports
  • Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support implementation of new processes, equipment, and technologies

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
  • 3–9 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or packaging industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in packaging machinery or engineering-based production
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on shop floor excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
