Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Waghodia, Vadodara for a Machine Shop Supervisor. The Machine Shop Supervisor will oversee daily shop floor activities, ensuring production targets are met and work processes are optimized. Responsibilities will include supervising machine operators and technicians, coordinating production schedules, managing resources efficiently, and enforcing adherence to safety and quality standards. The role will also involve troubleshooting equipment issues, optimizing machining processes, and maintaining quality control standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead, manage, and mentor team members.
  • Strong expertise in Production Planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of projects and optimization of resources.
  • Hands-on technical skills and experience in operating Machining equipment.
  • Proven capability in maintaining and overseeing Quality Control processes in a machine shop environment.
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field is preferred with a Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the field.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop supervisory role is highly desirable.
