*Job Title: Mixing Supervisor*

*Qualification: ITI ,Diploma in Plastic / Polymer Technology*

*Experience: 2–5 Years (in plastics & polymers industry)*

*Job Responsibilities:*

* Supervise and monitor the mixing operations for plastic compounds and batches as per defined formulations.

* Ensure proper handling of raw materials, additives, and chemicals for mixing.

* Operate and oversee mixing machines and ensure adherence to process parameters.

* Maintain quality checks of mixed batches in coordination with the QC team.

* Monitor batch records, mixing ratios, and maintain production logs.

* Guide and train operators/workmen on mixing processes and safety practices.

* Ensure preventive maintenance and cleanliness of mixing equipment.

* Coordinate with production planning team to meet daily and monthly targets.

* Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions.

*Required Skills & Competencies:*

* Strong knowledge of plastic/polymer compounding and mixing processes.

* Hands-on experience in industries such as cables, batchmaster, pipes, blown film, or other polymer processing units.

* Ability to supervise shopfloor operations and manage a team.

* Understanding of safety norms and housekeeping in mixing operations.

* Good documentation and reporting skills.

*Industry Preference:*

Candidates with prior experience in plastic & polymer-based industries (Cables, Batch master, Pipe manufacturing, Blown Film, or Compounding units).

Breakfast , Lunch & Bus facility will be provided.
