We are looking for a motivated MBA HR Intern who is currently pursuing her MBA in Human Resources to join our team and help us strengthen our HR processes, talent management, and people engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will:

  • Support recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Assist in onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities for remote teams.
  • Draft HR policies and contribute to process documentation.
  • Manage HR databases, attendance, and reporting.
  • Assist in performance review processes and internship coordination.
  • Work closely with management to support day-to-day HR operations.

  • Strong interest in HR management, employee engagement, and people development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Stipend & Growth Path

  • First 3 Months: ₹5,000 per month (Internship Stipend)
  • Next 3 Months (based on performance): ₹15,000 per month.
  • Post 6 Months: Salary between ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on performance review).
