About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team as Tele Sales Executives. This role is perfect for freshers who are eager to start their career in sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our products/services.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and client support.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service concepts.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- High school or graduate (any discipline).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
